Dolphin Dash

• Dolphin Dash 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

Dolphin Dash is a 5K walk/run benefiting the charity organization, The Ric O'Barry Dolphin Project. All proceeds go to The Dolphin Project, an organization working to end the annual dolphin hunt in Taiji, Japan, along with bringing awareness to the cruelty and inhumanity behind animal captivity. But Dolphin Dash does more than raise proceeds and awareness for a great cause, Dolphin Dash is organized and run by young women and girls, encouraging young girls in Buffalo, NY to get involved in repairing the world. Together we make up GUFC, Girls United For a Cause. GUFC gives young girls hands on leadership experience, organizing and running a 5K, along with encouraging young girls to stand up for a cause they believe in and create their own service project. This April 17th, GUFC will be presenting Dolphin Dash in Delaware Park.
