Registration: 7 am to 8:45 am

Race begins promptly at 9 am followed by the 1 mile family fun walk at 10:30 am

Dash for the Dogs 2016 is Animal House Shelter’s 6th annual 5K run and family fun walk held to raise much needed funds for the medical bills and other needs of the animals here at our shelter. Animal House believes every animal deserves a chance at a loving home. Because of this we take on many animals with injuries and medical conditions which require extensive and expensive medical treatment. Please join us for our run/walk, donate, sponsor or volunteer and help us continue our fight to give every animal a shot!

Race course is certified and timed with results posted on our website. Catered food will be provided for all runners and walkers. Top 3 male and female finishers overall and in each age group will receive awards.
Age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-60, 60 & over.

All pre-registered participants will receive a T-shirt. Day of race registered participants will receive a T-shirt while supplies last.
1 mile Family Fun Walk/Run is open to all participants! 

Dogs are welcome to participate in the run or walk as long as they are leashed at all times, current on rabies & distemper vaccines, and have EXCELLENT temperament with other dogs & children. Strollers are welcome in the run and walk.
