Come try our first annual Abominable Adventure Race sponsored by Advanced Physical Therapy! This chilly 5K (approximately) will take you both down trails and off-road through the snow where a series of obstacles await you. Not for the faint of heart, two laps around and through the golf course will make for a COOL winter activity.
