Pace and Pedal Duathlon & 5K

• Pace and Pedal Duathlon:- Run 5.5 Miles, Bike 10 Miles
• Wazee Fun Run/Walk:- Run 2.7 Miles
• Youth Race:- Kids Run 1.1 Miles

PACE & PEDAL RACE
Note: The 5.6 mile running portion of this race is on a non-paved trail. Biking will be on pavement.

2-PERSON TEAM (Men/Men, Women/Women, Co-ed)
12 & under, 13-18, 19-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 60+
Participants can register individually or as a two-person team (please register together if participating as a team).
A bike helmet is REQUIRED during the biking portion of the race.
For your safety, no earbuds/music will be allowed during the biking portion of the race.
Racers receive a performance t-shirt when registered by May 15th, 2016.
5K
Note: This 3.1 mile course is paved.

Any age welcome
No awards
Participants must register individually.
Racers receive a performance t-shirt when registered by May 8th, 2016.
YOUTH RACE (no charge)
Note: This 1.1 mile course is primarily paved.

Ages 12 & under
Participants must register individually.
Youth race participants receive a headband with registration.

4:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Packet Pickup at BRMH (front lobby)

5/21/2016
6:30 - 7:30 A.M. - Packet Pickup at the event location
- Same-day Registration (no race t-shirt with same-day registration)

8:00 A.M. - Pace and Pedal Duathlon begins  (5.6 mile trail run & 10.5 mile bike)

8:15 A.M. - 5K  (3.1 miles)

10:00 A.M. - Youth Race  (1.1 miles)

10:45 A.M. - Pace and Pedal AWARD CEREMONY
