2016 Escape from Folsom 10 Miler & 5K:

• The Escape from Folsom 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K Walk/run will have a NEW course in 2016. Plus a a custom-designed race tech tee-shirt with ladies cut for our women runners and hot post race refreshments for each athlete.

Course Info

• The Escape from Folsom 10 Mile Trail Run starts at Granite Beach along the shore of Folsom Lake. The course will head north and visit Oak Point before following the lower Middle trail north to Doton’s Point and Beeks Bight before returning to Granite Beach on the upper middle trail. 

• The course will then head south toward Beals Point and back with nice wide lake front trails and an exciting finish back at Granite Beach. The Escape from Folsom 5k starts at Granite Beach along the shore of Folsom Lake. The course will head north to Oak Point and then return to Granite Beach and head south for a loop that returns to the finish at Granite Beach.

Directions

• Granite Bay State Park on Folsom lake is located at the end of Douglas Blvd, 5-6 miles East of I-80. Turn right at the third stop sign after entering the park for the Granite Beach parking lot. There is a $12 vehicle charge for day-use or $125 for an annual pass. Contact phone 916 988 0205.
