Carbon Valley Half Marathon & 5K

Colorado at its Best - the Carbon Valley Half Marathon will showcase the beauty & diversity of Colorado's best kept secret nestled right between Denver & Fort Collins. Small town charm with Big City services, Firestone & Frederick are the perfect host for these 13.1 & 5K adventures. From Start to Finish, runners will tread upon Mining Town history via manicured trail systems, dirt paths, bridges & rural roads. Firestone's Central Park & the Firestone Trail are featured as well as Frederick's gorgeous Milevac Lake & Charming Downtown. The entire course has spectacular views of the Rockies. 

Everyone Half Marathon participant wins a tech t-shirt, medal & goodie bag. 5K participants also receive a tech t-shirt & goodie bag.  Fun Run finishers get a cool finishers token.  Prizes will be awarded to top finishers. Awards will be given to each age category. 

Participants are asked to raise funds for Autism Research individually or as a team. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the Autism Treatment Network thru Childrens Hospital Colorado. We ask that each participant raise a minimum of $25 to donate to the cause.

**Relay Teams please note, we are excited to welcome teams with participants under 18! For those participants, a parent or guardian must register themselves with Active.com & enroll their child on the team. One parent must be designated Team Capitan to start the team. Ladies cut & XX+ sized Half Marathon & 5k tech-T's are available for those who pre-register by 5/10/16.

Packet Pick-up at the Carbon Valley Regional Library:

Friday May 20th 4pm - 7:30pm, or:

Saturday May 21st (Race Day) 6:30am - 7:45am at the Sports Complex

*Online registration closes at midnight on 5/19/15. You may register in person at packet pickup location on Friday & on race day if space is available. Please bring cash or check for in person registration.
