2016 Super Half Marathon & Game Day 5K
This race is a fund raiser for the Pikes Peak Road Runners and PikesPeak Sports.us – local organizations that work to promote running and racing in the Pikes Peak Region.
Prices increases January 1st and on Race Day!
Race Day Registration will start at 9:00am at the Plaza of the Rockies, South Tower lobby. Half Marathon – $70.00, 5K - $30.00.
Commemorative long sleeve Gilden Performance Tech shirt will be provided to those who want one. A $5.00 discount will be given to those who elect not to receive a shirt. Adult men’s sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL and adult women’s sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. Women's sizes run small.
Unique finisher medals for the half marathon only.

Walk-in registrations at the running stores will close at 12:00pm on Saturday February 6, 2016. Those locations are:
Boulder Running Company – 3659 Austin Bluffs Parkway
Colorado Running Company – 5262 North Nevada Avenue #140
Again, this year there will be team competition - Male/Female/Coed for both events.
Male/Female Team Requirements:
Each team must have a minimum of 3 finishers. The scoring calculations are based on the top three times.
No team discount.
Coed Team Requirements:
Each team must have a minimum of 3 finishers - 1 finisher must be of the opposite sex of the other two. The scoring calculations are based on the top three times meeting the above requirement.
Bib/Shirt Early Pick up: Saturday February 6, 2016 – 2:00pm to 5:00pm – at the Plaza of the Rockies, South Tower. Registration is also available at this time.
Kick Off - Super Bowl Sunday: February 7, 2016 – Half Marathon starts at 10:00am, 5K starts at 10:15am.
Super Half Marathon Course: Starts in downtown Colorado Springs and follows the Jack Quinn’s Running Club route to the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. It will proceed north past Costco on North Mark Dabling Boulevard and return to the park area south of the Bijou Street Bridge.
Game Day 5K Course: Starts in downtown Colorado Springs and follows the Jack Quinn’s Running Club route to the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. It will proceed north to North Monument Valley Park and return to the park area south of the Bijou Street Bridge.
Huddle up on Race Day: The City Parking Garage, to the east of the Plaza of the Rockies, offers all day enclosed parking for $1.00. And parking on the city streets at meters is FREE.
Packet Pick Up on Sunday will start at 8:30am at the Plaza of the Rockies, South Tower lobby. Runner bibs, commemorative shirts, runner bags/sweat check bags will be available. Sweat check is also in the lobby and the bags will be transported to the finish line after the start.
Tail Gate Party: At the finish line where refreshments will be handed out. Sweat check pick up is also at this location.
Post-Race Celebration: Join us at Jack Quinn’s for food and drink specials and age-group award distributions for the Half Marathon, 5K and Teams.
