Heart and Sole 5K, Fun Run, and Tot Trot at Avalon

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1K:- Fun Run
• 1 Mile:- Run 1 Mile

The second annual Heart & Sole 5K, 1 mile Fun Run, and Tot Trot is on Saturday April 23rd at 7:30 am at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia. The race benefits The Lionheart School, a special needs school and 501(c)(3) organization. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome. All participants will receive a professionally designed t-shirt and will enjoy a post-race festival held at Avalon. USATF Certified 5K, Professional Chip Timing.

The Heart & Sole 5K at Avalon begins at 7:30 am followed by the 1 Mile Fun Run, Tot Trot, and awards ceremony on Saturday, April 23rd. Runners and walkers of all ages as well as strollers and dogs welcome. The post-race party will kick off with a complimentary Tito's Bloody Mary for race finishers on the Plaza at Avalon. 

Top 3 Male and Female winners from the following age divisions will receive medals.

Heartfelt thanks for your support of The Lionheart School. Many of our students and their families will be at the event. There will be items from The LionheARTisans Cottage and produce from The Lionheart Gardens, the school’s organic garden available for purchase.
