Run the Knight 5K

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1K:- Fun Run

The inaugural Run the Knight 5K begins the tradition of running a 5K in the "night" on the
beautiful campuses of River Ridge High School and Mill Creek Middle School that will finish
under the stadium lights on the River Ridge track. This event is chip timed by ORION Racing, the premier race timing company in the Atlanta metroplex. A 1K Run will begin the evening at 6:30 PM for the young squires and those who desire to run a shorter distance.
Two Goals:
1. To develop the River Ridge Men's Lacrosse program and help the young men grow to
full grown Knights in mind, body, and character. All proceeds will go toward expenses
for uniforms, travel, referees, equipment, and to grow up a relatively inexperienced
young team.
2. Provide a Top-Level run/walk event in a safe environment for all classifications and
ages of runners, walkers, and families in the Woodstock and metro-Atlanta area
