The 6th annual Crossroads of Northwest Indiana Marathon/ half marathon takes place on a scenic, out and back course during the early spring. It starts in downtown Lowell , takes you through a county park to the Grand Kanakakee River before turning around and running back. These scenic country roads are flat for a great run. it’s a Boston Qualifier, for those of you who are competitive.
This Northwest Indiana is one of the areas top races. The 2014 sold out, and this year there is a 5,000-participant limit, so register early to ensure a spot. Come on out and run a race for Autism Research. O.A.R.

Parking is free and within a few blocks of the start/finish area for your convience. There are plenty of places to eat afterwards as well. Race day Registration starts at 6:00 Am. Race starts at 7:30 am. Water stops will be located appx every mile to mile and half apart. Finishers medal for the full and half marathon runners.
