Fourth Annual Purple Run 5K

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Fun Run:- Run 1 Mile

This will be the Fourth Annual Purple Run/Walk For a Cure! This event has been such an inspiration for all who participate as everyone is not only walking and running, but fighting cancer at the same time!  If you have any questions, you can contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 413-585-1141 

This event will be taking place in Look Park, located in beautiful Florence, MA and will be a real nice run and walk. The route can be found at our main website, www.purplerunforacure.com

During registration you will have the opportunity to create a luminary for someone you know with cancer, in remission, or lost thier battle to cancer. This/These luminary will be placed on our track at Look Park in Florence on the night of Relay and lit during the Luminaria Ceremony at 9PM.

You will also be given the chance to win a prize form our Duck Pluck that is happening at Look Park on father's Day Weekend. Each Duck Apotion is only $5 and all the proceeds go to Relay For Life.

Purple Run check-in on the day of the event will take place starting at 9:00am at the Dow Pavillion in the park. The Run will start promptly at 10:00am for both the runners AND walkers.

There will be a vendor/craft fair on site to help us raise even more money for the effort before, during and after the race, so please bring extra cash...

Event details and schedule

Registration and Check-In will start at 9AM at Look Park. The Run/Walk will start promptly at 10AM! 

We will have all times available and the winners announced, trophies awarded by 12-12:15PM. 

There will be several drawings, a 50/50 drawing as well as a giveaway after the race.
