Run your hangover off at a Central Mass (Striders) tradition. January 1 means it is time for the Freezer 5.

Food, and the (in)famous re(I)cycled Freezer 5 shirts and gloves to all participants. Medals to all finishers.

We never know the weather on Jan 1 so be prepared. We have run the race in temps starting at 0 and all the way into the low 50s (crazy New England weather)

To avoid long lines you can show up to pickup your numbers at 9 AM on the 1st.
