• 1 Mile:- Run 1 Mile
• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

ABBRx is bringing to the Mid- Michigan area the 2^nd Annual ABBRx Natural and Fit Day on April 16, 2016. It’s currently in the works of being bigger and better than last year and Michigan’s largest fitness event yet! So what IS ABBRx Natural and Fit Day? It is a way to bring individuals of all ages together to learn, watch and participate in health, fitness and wellness related activities (including seminars, informative teaching and events) while supporting the natural athlete, free of performance enhancing drugs. ABBRx Natural and Fit Day will be featuring the Natural and Fit Expo, 5k/10k/kid’s mile run, Pump and Run 5k, PowerX Meet, Michigan USA Powerlifting Meet, WOD Team Competition, Michigan Strongman Competition, and the 3^rd annual DFAC Michigan ROAR Natural Bodybuilding, Figure, Athletic, Physique, and Bikini Pro-Qualifying competition. ABBRx is expecting 350 competitors and over 1500 spectators!

Packet pickup will be Friday April 15th 2-7pm at the Residence Inn Marriott of Midland. Cut off time will be one hour prior to event.
