Busy work and home life leave you no time to train for that first 5k you've always wanted to do? Take a fitness break at lunchtime!
We will meet and run in Battery Park, conventiently located to downtown office buildings. Class will begin and end punctually to help you keep your busy schedule.
This class is geared towards people who have never run before or have taken a hiatus and are looking to return to running in a fun, safe atmosphere. Taught by an experienced coach, we will talk about equipment, hydration, and nutrition, and how all of those can help improve your health and fitness and be the runner you have always wanted to be.
