Open M 5K & 1 Mile 2016

Please join us for the 2nd Annual OPEN M1 Mile  Walk & 5K Run!  We have chosen to add the 5K this year to promote being healthy through body, mind and soul!  All participants will end their course at OPEN M and be able to enjoy breakfast (included in entry fee), entertainment and much more.

Event details and schedule

There will be pre-packet pick up from 8a-4p on Friday, April 22th at OPEN M located at 941 Princeton Street, Akron, 44311.  Registration begins at 7:45 am the morning of the race at the back corner of the Spaghetti Warehouse parking lot that runs along the Towpath.  Packet pick up will also be available at this time. Ample parking is provided with shuttles running after the event from OPEN M back to your vehicle.  Walkers begin promptly at 9a and the 5K participants will start at the same place promptly at 9:15.  Please make sure you have signed the waiver that is mandatory in order to participate in this event.  Check the weather and dress accordingly!  Check out the 5K course map located in the photo gallery.
