That being said, here is a little about the "Bell Ringer" races:
Two distictly different challenges to runners.
- The 5K is an out and back on a rural PA road.
- The 10K is a loop course, also on rural PA roads.
*Both Races are all up hill on the first half, and almost exclusively downhill or flat for the second half.
*Both are fully supported with Sports Drink, healthy snacks, professional timing, T-shirts, medals, awards and a post event celebration.

That being said, here is a little about the "Bell Ringer" races:
5K "Bell Ringer"
Start time: 9:00 a.m.
Start Location: Bloom Road (in front of DCDC)
Finish Location: DCDC building back parking lot.
Course: Out and back
Elevation: 120' of verticle - all up going out, all down coming back
10K "Bell Ringer
Start time: 9:00 a.m.
Start Location: Bloom Road (in front of DCDC)
Finish Location: DCDC building back parking lot.
Course: Loop
Elevation: 220' of verticle - all up going out, all down coming back
Parking:
At for both races at the DCDC Bloom Road location.
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 30 miniutes before the race beings. At 15 minutes before the event, there will be a pre-race meeting.
Waivers:
must be signed before participating and some form of ID is necessary.
Additional Needs:
These races are not extended endurance events, but since the topography my present an additional challenge over a traditional flat courses, please plan your support system appropriately. Potentially additional water might be required, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. You know the things you need better than us.
Wear:
weather appropriate athletic clothing and a smile.
