Description
The Sumner Academy 5K & Fun Run takes place on a scenic, point-to-return course in Gallatin (just outside of Nashville) during the most beautiful part of April in Tennessee. The race route starts at the Gallatin Civic Center and proceeds into Gallatin's scenic Triple Creek Park. There are a few small slopes on the race path but generally it is a flat course. As a school-sponsored event, this is a family-friendly race and the course is safe for all runners.
The 5K will be followed by a kids one-mile fun run for little racers who are not quite ready for the 5K distance.
