2016 NWFCU Neon Night Glow Run

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

Shine bright at the Northwest Federal Credit Union Neon Night 5K Glow Run  and 1.4 Mile Fun Run, produced by Rev3 Adventure. Twinkle and sparkle your way around paved roads, the W&OD Trail, and the Runnymede Park Trail, then cross the finish line in style, amid smoke and lasers and even in slow-mo if your want. At this 5K or 1-mile fun run, each entrant will receive a glow-in-the-dark T-shirt, a glow necklace, and access to pre- and post-race music and entertainment. We will hand out special prizes for Glow runners who are the brightest, most flashy, and most reflective, so start planning your outfit! The run will be untimed, so if you want to take your time and enjoy the trails, you won’t have the pressure of a clock to beat.

Gear: For the run you will need a pair of running shoes and your normal running attire. You also may want to wear a headlamp or bring a flashlight along, especially if you plan to walk the course. Plus you can add to your outfit anything that makes you stand out in a crowd. Let's see how bright and colorful you can glow! You can win prizes for having the brightest, flashiest, and most reflective attire.

Aid Stations: There will be water and Gatorade on the course.
