Lace up your running shoes and grab your dog's leash for the Pooch Pursuit 5K.
This dog friendly event (although canine participation is optional), benefits the Friends of Hanover Dog Parks.
All registered participants will receive a human and dog friendly treat bag.
Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each age division and all dogs will receive dog tags.
5K runners: $20 per handler*Participants must be 12 or older to run the 5K with their dog.
Please note that all dogs are required to remain on a secure leash and have current license and rabies vaccination.
Not up for a 5k run? Sign up for the Pooch Pursuit-1 mile walk.
$10 per handler (age 12 and up)
* children under 12 can register for free with paying adult.
Race packet pick up/check in will begin at 8:00 AM on race day. 5K Run will begin at 9:00 AM. This is a timed event and awards will be presented to the top finishers in each division. Check in will begin at 8:00 am.
All runners/walkers must be checked in no later than 8:45 am.
