The premise behind this 5K training program is simple: to introduce you to regular jogging sessions that do not push you so hard that you get injured, or put off exercise forever. This 5K training program is based on gradual progress that will help you transform from a couch potato to a person who is confident running a 5K. It takes you through the process at a pace that you can cope with and, unlike so many this 5K training program could be called a walking jogging program, as it allows you to vary your pace to suit your fitness levels. We'll assess your current running fitness and help you achieve your goal of running the 2016 Chug for the Jug 5K on April 23rd. When you register for this class you will automatically be signed up for FREE for the Chug for the Jug 5K or Health Walk.
