Viva La Margarita - the most twisted 5K tends to sell out quickly. Participants complete a 5K or a 10K course in the name of margarita- the most celebrated cocktail. Here, it's ok to don a sombrero, a poncho, a mustache or all things mariachi! Here, we declare that we "Will Run for Margaritas!"

Whether you're an avid runner, walker or skipper (no matter what your level), come celebrate the sport of running, enjoy time spent with family and friends and yes, have a drink on us! Celebration begins way before the race and the fiesta continues way after the course is completed. Therefore, runners start the course hyped, finishing up with a refreshing margarita drink (non-alchol options also available for under 21 and those who do not consume alcohol).

This race is for the twisted; those who enjoy a drink, don't mind dressing up in costumes and know how to have a have a good time with family and friends. Walk away with top shelf tequila by entering the costume contest. Yes, we time this event so we keep you focused on the course but once you cross that finish line, we will celebrate. Customized finisher's medal awaits your arrival along with cheering fans and a bar. Once you cross the finish, get hydrated, have a snack, head to the bar, then celebrate!

Viva La Margarita 5K Race series has become one of the most talked about and anticipated event. Participants are encouraged to register early. Course is closed at capacity. Note that waves may also be assigned.
