Save The Males
Father's Day weekend is a good time to remind Dad of his importance to the family. Have some family fun at the Dad's Day 5K, a wellness event to promote awareness and education about prostate cancer. Chapter survivors are joined by outside volunteers in this effort to help Save the Males!

6:30 am – Packet Pickup Opens (no race day registrations)
– Suggested arrival time runners to pickup runner packets 
7:30 am – Opening Ceremony 
7:45 am – Kid's 1k Start 
8:00 am – 5k Timed run Start 
8:05 am – 5k Timed run with strollers Start 
8:10 am – 3k Family walk Start 
8:15 am – 3k Family walk with strollers Start 
8:15 am – Refreshments Open (Post race party) 
9:00 am – Awards Ceremony Begins 
10:00 am – Close

Awards 
5K Timed Run: (electronic timing by D-tag) 
Trophies to the following winners:
Top male and female overall
1st place male and female Master (40-54)
1st place male and female Senior (55+)
Top 3 prostate cancer survivors

Commemorative Medals to the following male and female winners: 
1st, 2nd & 3rd places in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over. 
No duplicate awards given.

Teams: Awards will be given to the top three largest teams and top three fastest teams. Awards will be mailed to the team captains. Team rules are online at Click Here.

Kids 1K: All kids (12 and under) who finish will WIN a commemorative medal. Trophies for the top 3 kids. Plus all kids will receive a super hero cape instead of a t-shirt!

Door Prizes: After the race, tear-off the strip from the bottom of race bib, and drop in one of the four blue buckets around the Wortham Theater. All finishers (5k, 3k and 1k) are eligible to win one of several fantastic door prizes, given out during the awards ceremony. Must be present to win
