2016 Soak in the Sun 5k & 5-Miler

• Soak in the Sun 5 MILE Run:- Run 5 Miles

In partnership with the Compassion Advocacy Network.

Finisher medals for all runners!  Each runner will receive a Bishop’s Events shirt instead of an event-specific shirt.  We will have a clock for runners to see their times as they cross, but we will not be timing the event.

Come enjoy this scenic 5k & 5-Miler beach run along the water front.  The course starts and ends at Community Beach.

Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day.  You will receive a custom medal.

5-Miler – 9am

5k – 9:30am

Registration Fees

5k – $25, until May 31 ($30)

5-Miler – $35, until May 31 ($40)

Packet Pickup

At the event (one hour before the race starts).

Race Day Registration

There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive around 45 minutes before the race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.

Use the parking lot at Community Beach (700 East Ocean View Ave, Norfolk, VA 23503).
