Pocono Plateau Hero Dash 5K Festival

Our 3rd annual Hero Dash Festival is a wonderful opportunity to challenge yourself and spend a day at a beautiful place. Our Hero Dash 5K and One-Mile Fun Run take you along some of the most beautiful parts of our property. Because we have a super hero theme, you are welcome to dress as your favorite super hero. We offer a prize for the best dressed super hero.

In addition to our events, we have a silent auction that is held throughout the morning. Items include gift cards, hotel stays at different resorts throughout the Poconos, homemade baskets, and baked goods. All payment methods are accepted.

Food offerings include pizza, s'mores, hot dogs, bagels, water, coffee, fruit, and other items. If you came with a friend or family member who did not participate in a run or walk, they can eat for a donation ($5 recommendation).

Registration forms will be available on race day for those unable to register online.  Please note that we are unable to provide refunds in the event of cancellation.

Awards: Male & Female 1st overall; 1M, 1F < 18; 1M/F 18-29; 1M/F 30-39; 1M/F 40-49; 1M/F 50-59; 1M/F 60-69; 1M/F 70+. Awards are also provided for the individual that raises the most money (please see the fundraising page for additional information).

 Registration opens at 9am.  The Fun Run begins at 10am, with the 5K beginning at 10:05am.  

When arriving at Pocono Plateau, please follow the signs for parking.  Attendants will assist you when you reach the main office.
