About Youth United:
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver's Youth United program engages youth ages 14 - 18 with Habitat’s mission of building decent, affordable homes in partnership with low income families. Youth United also empowers high school students to raise the funds needed to sponsor and build a Habitat for Humanity house.
Youth United will be partnering with 4 families this year to help build 4 homes in Montbello. One of these homes will be purchased by Moulay and Sana, hard-working parents with 2 daughters who currently live in a crowded one-bedroom apartment with pests, mice, and mold which has contributed to serious health issues for their children. They are looking forward to living in a safe, spacious, healthy environment in which their children can grow and develop.
