Bottoms Up Beer Run

The Bottoms Up Beer Run is a fun 4K that combines running (or walking) with homebrew along the way.

The race is professionally timed by the Running Zone so you can race your way through quickly to a personal best or take your time sipping along the way and laugh at how long it took you to do a 4K.

This should be a fun day with friends and family. We encourage you to run in costumes or create a team theme. SAAZ wants to introduce the community to the fun hobby of homebrewing and encourages participants to join our club and start brewing your own!

Every runner will get a T-shirt and a bottle opener medal. Those 21+ will be able to consume 2 beers along the course, water is also available. You do not have to drink to participate. Post-race refreshments available.

Proceeds from the race benefit St. Baldrick's and SAAZ.  Come join us for a fun night of running and drinking homebrew!

Brewers from SAAZ (Spacecoast Associates for the Advancement of Zymurgy) will be providing 5 different homebrews for your enjoyment along the course. Participants (21y/o and up) can consume 4 - 4oz beer shots along the race course and finish with a full beer to celebrate your accomplishment. Those under 21 cannot consume the beer but can still join in the fun. And if running and drinking is not your thing, we will have water along the course for you.

Race course goes through Wickham Park.
