Lam Research Heart and Soles 5K

• Lam Research Heart and Soles 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Heart and Soles 5K is a family-oriented fun run dedicated to helping children make better food choices by moving salad bars into participating local schools.  122 salad bars were funded in 2014 and 2015  that served 97,000 students in K-12 schools.  Join us help support our 2016 goal to fund 70 salad bars for schools!

Race Day – Saturday, March 12 – Lake Cunningham Park

• 6:00 am – Volunteer Check in opens (first volunteers arrive)
• 7:30 am – On-site registration/bib pick up opens
• 8:00 am – Stage speakers start
• 8:30 am – 5K Race starts
• 9:15 am – Activities on main stage
• 9:45 am – Awards distributed from main stage
• 10:00 am –Kids Fun Run
• 10:30 am – Event conclusion

The course will be a flat course that includes a combination of lakeside trails and park roadways.  The Kids Fun Run (ages 2-3) will have three distances respectively for 2-3, 4-5 and 6-7 at 80, 275 and 500 yard dash distances.

Parking Information

*Parking inside Lake Cunningham Park will be $6 per vehicle.  Please be sure to bring exact change to make the process expedient.

*Parking before 7:00 am will be self-pay at designated lots.  You will need to be sure to purchase a permit at a lot pay station.

*Parking after 7:00 am will be collected at the gate by park staff.
