Want to get in shape for the Broad Street 10 Miler or other spring races.  Join our group of beginners, intermediate and advanced level runners for 10 weeks of great training in West Chester.  Get's lots of good advice from some of the areas top coaches and athletes.   Choose the meeting times that fit your schedule.

Sunday-8AM-CCRS

Tuesday-5:30AM-Hill workout.  Meet at High and Biddle Streets.

Wednesday-6:30PM at CCRS(Go out for a post-race social after the run).

Friday-6:00AM at CCRS.
