• The Bear - Half Distance Triathlon :- Swim 1.2 Miles, Bike 56 Miles, Run 13.1 Miles
• Olympic Distance Triathlon :- Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 25 Miles, Run 6.2 Miles
• Sprint Triathlon:- Swim 750 Meters, Bike 12 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles
• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Splash & Dash Kids :- Swim/Run - Distances determined by age

NOTE: There is only one entrance into the park. Traffic may get backed up - please arrive early. 

Beltzville State Park is five miles east of Lehighton, just off of US 209.

From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike

• Take Exit 74
• Turn left after the toll onto Rt. 209
• Take the next left onto Harrity Rd.
• Take the next Right onto Pohopoco Dr.
• Park entrance is 3 miles down on the right
