Description

A 5K training program for those targeting the Rock the Parkway 5K in early April.  The training program starts in February and will meet twice weekly at both our Lee's Summit and Leawood stores.  There will be two levels of training-beginner and intermediate, so whether you are shooting to run your first 5K race or run your fastest 5K race, this program is for you.
