7th Annual Adamant 20 Miler Run or Relay ~ Results

• 20 Miler Run or Relay:- 20 miles or 13 mi/7 mi relay

This is a scenic but hilly dirt road course. It is designed as a good last long training run for Vermont City Marathon, however marathoners are encouraged to pace themselves slower than desired marathon pace for optimal marathon results. This is a Central Vermont Runners event co-sponsored by, and to benefit, the Adamant Music School. Prizes to 1st overall M & F and 1st M & F in each 10 year age division in the running race. Relay awards to top male team, female team and mixed team. Aid stations approximately every 2 miles along course, including Gatorade and water. Post race refreshments including hearty soups and bread at Barney Hall.

From Montpelier, follow Main St. through the roundabout and up the hill. Main St. becomes County Rd. At 6 miles from the roundabout turn right on Haggett Rd. proceeding 1.2 miles to Adamant. There is no race parking at the Adamant Methodist Church. Please park as directed by volunteers and signs at the Adamant Music School.
