The 4th Annual Action For Distraction 5K is perfect for beginning runners and experienced runners alike! Eyewitness News Personalities Ken Rosato & Heather O'Rourke emcee, and the 5K is enhanced by music along the course! Once you're done, Philadelphia Pretzels will be waiting for you at the finish line, and the after-party rocks with a DJ, face painter, & The GameTruck for the kids to play some of the latest video games!! Finisher's Medals for all, and age-group awards 3-deep, as well as a slew of door prizes, done tricky-tray style!

Course Info

USATF Certified 5K features a paved, level out-and-back course along a scenic tree-lined path, 3 people wide. Perfect for the beginning runner and experienced runners alike! Finishers medals to all, and age-group awards 3 deep, as well as special awards for kids who finish the Siemens Kids Action Marathon & 30-Day Fruit & Vegetable Challenge (see www.actionfordistraction.com for details). Philadelphia Pretzels at the finish line!
