Elizabeth graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in dietetics. She also completed her dietetic internship with the Chippewa’s. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition practice group. As a registered dietitian Elizabeth believes in developing a healthy spirit, mind, and body is a lifelong pursuit that takes practice and dedication. She is passionate about helping clients make small daily changes to achieve big goals.
In this clinic she will share knowledge as it pertains to a runner's diet: what to eat to before/during/after runs and how to maximize your training using your diet. She will cover lots of good topics and take questions at the end.
