It's a day of fun, fitness and competition for the entire family. From running and walking to volunteering and cheering, the Scheels 10KATO Runstrong race provides everyone an opportunity to exercise their body and spirit of generosity.

Start and Finish at Dickerson and Emerson Streets. The route is urban in nature and sure to be a challenge. Participants will enjoy the scenic, yet challenging, Glenwood Avenue. Runners will loop through the Minnesota State University, Mankato campus and back to the start for a strong finish. Water will be provided at the start, 3-mile mark and finish.
