The Gildan Esprit de She “The Spirit of Her” 5k, 10k, duathlon and triathlon women’s event series is presented by LifeTime Fitness. Esprit de She inspires women to “Be Your Potential” in all areas of life.

As requested by popular demand, we are coming to Woodlands on Thursday, April 21st with a 5k and 10k at Town Green Park! The race begins on Thursday evening and is named the premier “fitness-inspired happy hour” After the timed 5k/10k for runners of all paces and passions, there is a free bubbly bar with complimentary champagne, healthy eats and a concert in the park. There will also be a Panasonic Beauty Bar powered by Life Spa for women to get manicures/pedicures, massages, etc. and shop at the Lifestyle Market.

Our national charity partner is Girls on the Run, a non-profit program for girls from 3rd grade to 8th grade. Their mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We are excited to partner with the Girls on the Run Houston chapter and bring girls and mentors to the Woodlands race.
