Race will begin at 8am.

Venues:
Streets of Greensboro

The 10K race will begin and end at Irwin Belk Track at North Carolina A&T University. Courses are subject to changes as race directors work with city officials to ensure a safe and accurate course.

Age Groups:
Men: 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+
Women: 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

• Age is determined as of the day of competition.
• Minimum age for competitors is 21 years.
• All ages will race simultaneously.

Participation Fees:
Road Race Entry Fee: $10 per athlete

Rules:
Races will be conducted under USA Track and Field Rules.

Awards:
Individual: USA Masters Games gold, silver, and bronze medals
Club: Special Recognition Awards for the Top 3 clubs

Social Activities:
The Games Village located at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex will be the hub for Athlete Services, Vendor Village, and daily entertainment throughout the Games. Opening Ceremonies will be held the evening of Friday, July 22, while Closing Ceremonies will be Sunday evening, July 31.
