Break out the Hawaiian shirts and the grass skirts and join us for the 2nd Annual Santee Aloha 5K Fun Run & Walk in Town Center Community Park in Santee on Saturday, April 16 2016. All ages and fitness levels welcome, bring the whole family!

There will be Hawaiian dancers, leis at the finish line, and awards for runners overall, by age, and for the best child and adult costumes. 

Vendors booths will be setup with refreshments, merchandise, youth and sports activity signups, hands-on crafts, booth activities for the kids, and lots more!

All participants registered through March 27th will receive their color choice of a commemorative Santee Aloha 5K Fun Run & Walk T-Shirt. Participants registered on or after March 28 will receive winning white T-shirts while supplies last.

Proceeds raised by the Santee School District Foundation from this event will directly benefit the students of Santee School District, supporting programs in the Arts, Technology, and Science. 

Registration cost will increase March 28 and again on race day. Invite your friends and family and Register now and join us for this really fun family friendly event!

Participants will travel through scenic parts of the City of Santee starting at the Town Center Community Park East, onto Walker Preserve Trail, and return to the finish line at the Park.

There is free parking available near the start/finish line at 550 Park Center Drive, Santee, CA 92071. Please follow attendant directions and obey all parking signs.  We encourage you to carpool, bike, or walk over too!

REGISTRATION – SIGNUP BY MARCH 27TH TO SAVE!
Register by March 27th and save $5 per person and get your color choice of T-shirt. Registration cost will increase March 28 and again on day of event. Registrants after March 27 will receive a winning white T-Shirt while supplies last.

Packet Pick-Up will be on Thursday, April 14th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Rio Seco Elementary School. 9545 Cuyamaca St, Santee, CA 92071

Race Day Packet Pick-up will begin at 6:00 a.m. at the Park.  

Festivities and warmup will occur before 8am. The 5K Fun Run start time for Runners is 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. for Walkers. There will be a 1.5 hour time limit.  

Hawaiian outfits highly encouraged! We will have an awards contest for Best Costume for Youth and Adult.  Dress comfortably to be active and for weather.
