Registration Fees: Note that online registration closes on Thursday, April 7 at 8:00 pm

·         5k Run/Walk Adult (13 & over): $25 until March 1 ($30 after Feb. 29)
·         5k Run/Walk (child 12 & U): $15 until March 1 ($20 after Feb. 29)
·         1 Mile Fun Run (untimed): $10 until March 1 ($15 after Feb. 29)
 
To guarantee a t-shirt before race day you must register by March 25, 2016. All other registrants will be informed of timing of t-shirt pick-up at Wolftrap Elementary.

Start Time: The event will start with the 1-mile fun run/walk at 8:00 am. The 5k will follow at 8:30 am. There is a one-hour time limit for the 5k course. The event will take place rain or shine. Strollers are welcome at both races - please be respectful of other runners and start in the back of the group.

Packet Pick up and Late Registration: Packet pick up and walk-in registration will be held on race day, Sunday April 10 beginning 6:30 am at Wolftrap Elementary. On Friday April 8, packet pick up will be available from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm (no race registrations will be accepted at this time).

Awards & Prizes: For the 5k race, trophies and medals will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers including teachers and students. Additionally, medals will be awarded for the top male and top female finisher in each of the following age categories: 4 & under, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over.

5K success depends on your support! The more participants, the more we help our community. Last year with just over 500 participants, we raised over $20,000. Moneys raised go directly to the Wolftrap Elementary PTA and fund school programs such as GRACE Art, playground improvements, cultural arts assemblies, spirit events and more. Join us even if you aren’t a runner and support your friends, family, community - and have FUN!
