Lambda Gamma Gamma Capital Region Ques 5K

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Lambda Gamma Gamma Chapter (military) of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. "The Capital Region Ques" will host a 5K Run/Walk in support of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

• Race Date: May 14, 2014
• 5K Run starts: at 8:00 AM - All runners are advised to arrive by 7:30 AM. Due to the heavy public usage of the trail,  the race will start on time.
• Location: Columbia Island Marina (Pentagon Lagoon), Parking Lot - Start and finish location are the same
• NOTE: The race will take place on a USATF certified course.
