Liberty 5K

Liberty Church is proud to present the first annual “Liberty 5K”. Money and proceeds will benefit the youth ministries and youth missionary teams of Liberty Church of Arab, Alabama. 

Event details and schedule

The Race

The event will feature a 5K that will start and finish at Liberty Church of Arab Alabama (120 Kenyon Road, Arab).  The race will start at 9:00am on April 30, 2016.  You do not have to run, just participate for a good cause.  Walkers are welcome.  Water will be available on the course and post-race drinks and snacks will be available. 

Registration

Online registration will be available through April 29th.  To guarantee a race T-Shirt, which is included with registration, you must register by April 15th. 

Packet Pick Up

Packet pick-up will be available at Liberty Thrift and Gift (1184 Brindlee Mountain Parkway, Arab, Alabama) on Friday April 29^th from 9:00am to 7:00pm or at the race location from 7:00am to 8:30am on race day. 

Awards

Overall winners, masters winners and age group awards will be provided and the awards ceremony will start at immediately following the race completion.
