Big Peach Sizzler 10K...

Get in on Atlanta's Labor Day Tradition... the Big Peach Sizzler 10K!!  This is THE premier race in Atlanta on Labor Day!  Kick off your Labor Day celebrations by running a super-fast 10K that takes you through the heart of Buckhead – and support a great cause while you are doing it!  There will be a HUGE post-race party at the finish with lots of music, food and fun.

THE CHARITY:

The 2016 Big Peach Sizzler 10K is hosted by Miles for Cystic Fibrosis. Proceeds and donations will help us assist local CF families struggling with this life-shortening disease as well as contribute to research towards the control and cure. Miles for CF also promotes the benefits of exercise for those with CF. You can make a difference! Help raise money for Miles for Cystic Fibrosis. Event details and schedule

RACE LOCATION:

START: Chamblee MARTA Station - 5200 New Peachtree Rd., Chamblee, GA 30341

FINISH: Buckhead Station Shopping Center - 1 Buckhead Loop Rd., Atlanta, GA 30326

PACKET PICKUP:

Packet Pickup will be on race weekend at a Big Peach Running Co store, or on race day at the start line beginning at 6:00am. Exact time and location TBA.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

Race morning registration at the start line area, Chamblee MARTA Lot #1, from 6am-7:20am.

PARKING & OTHER TRANSPORTATION:

Parking is available at the Chamblee MARTA station. After the race, free shuttle buses will be available back to the Chamblee MARTA parking lot, or the Buckhead MARTA station is a short walk away.

COURSE:

Starting at the Chamblee MARTA station, the course briefly heads north, then turns south and blazes down Peachtree Rd. into Buckhead. At Piedmont Rd., the course turns right, down to Lenox Rd., turns right and finishes near the Buckhead Station Shopping Center. Visit www.milesforcf.org/sizzler for more details.

CHIP TIMING & FAST PEACHTREE RR QUALIFIER!!!!

The Big Peach Sizzler 10K will offer a USATF certified, fast course and will be a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier.
