2016 Cove School One Step at a Time 5k
- 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles
Join Cove School for the 4th Annual Step by Step 5k, this June 20th! The Event starts and finishes at Erickson Woods in Winnetka on Willow Road, just east of the Edens Expressway. Runners will follow the Red Trail, northbound through the Skokie Lagoons and will loop back on the Yellow trail to the Start/Finish.
This event will benefit The Cove School Scholarship Fund.
The Cove School provides an individualized education and life strategies for children with learning disabilities. Students come to Cove from over 50 different school districts throughout the Chicagoland area.
Scholarships give students who would not otherwise be able to attend Cove, the opportunity to build the academic, social and emotional skills they need to become productive citizens.
