Governor 5 K Run/Dog Walk

• 1 Mile:- Run 1 Mile
• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

This is the 3rd annual Governor 5K Run/1.5 mile dog walk.  The course will start at the Governor's Mansion (football field), wind through the streets of Hessville and return to the football field. 

Awards will be given for overall man, woman, overall high school boy/girl, overall elementary boy/girl   No awards given for the walk.  Each Participant will recieve a bib number.  This race is not officially timed.  We will be using the Morton High School Football Field Clock.

Event details and schedule

Packet pick-up will be at Morton High School's gym on Friday, May 20from 6-8pm and Race day, May 21th from 7:00-8:30.

Race starts at 9:00 for the 5K Run and 9:15 for the dog walk.  Please no retractable leashes allowed. You can park in the back lot by the football field or in the front lot and enter at Door D.  Registration will be in the gym lobby. You will receive your race packet which includes your t-shirt,
