This event is a fundraising opportunity to benefit research in the fight against Osteogenesis Imperfecta, aka brittle bones disorder as well as all bone disorders.
There is a 5K run/walk and a 10K run thru beautiful and scenic Jackson Park and south Atchison. Participants will enjoy a course that travels wooded areas, vast river views and some Atchison residential neighborhoods as they traverse hills that make both courses more than moderately difficult.
As this is a fun run, participants run timing will be on an informal basis.
There will be water stations along the course.
A pancake feed will be at the start/finish line 7:30 to 10:30.
On June 11th, the day of the event registration and participant check-in will open at 7:15 am.
Line up and pre-race breif will be at 7:50.
