Description
The 2nd annual Kinesiology Club 5k (formerly Aloha Spring 5k) takes place around the campus of Northern Kentucky University on a loop course during the early part of spring.
This technical course is great for the casual walker and jogger as well as the competitive runner. There are several turns allowing the competitive runner to keep an eye on the field. The course has a few inclines as you circle campus.
Support the Kinesiology Club and donate nonperishable food items to FUEL NKU. FUEL NKU is an on-campus food pantry run by students, for students.

Event details and schedule
Date: April 9, 2016
Race Time: 9:00 AM, race day registration opens at 8:00 AM.
Race location: NKU, Nunn Dr., Highland Heights, KY 41099.
Parking: Available in the Kenton Drive parking garage, http://www.nku.edu/campusmaps.html#map. A fee may be assessed for parking.
Start and finish line: Located on the west side of the student union, across from the Kenton Drive parking garage.
Registration: $15 online or day of race. Pay by cash or check.
Must be preregistered by March 30th to gaurantee you receive a t-shirt.
Course: Winds around the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Miles are marked. Water stop at Mile 2. All turns marked with cones, arrows, and/or volunteers.
Bib numbers to be picked up day of race.
Waiver must be completed by each individual. Parent/Gaurdian signature required for those under 18 years of age competing.
Strollers welcome. Please no animals on the course.
Door prizes will be given out after the race to finishers! Don't miss out.
Accepting donations to FUEL NKU. FUEL NKU is an on-campus food pantry run by students, for students.
There are only 200 spots available, register early.
