YMCA of Metro North Half Marathon ~ Results

 - Join us for the first annual YMCA of Metro North Half Marathon!

The YMCA of Metro North and the Torigian Family YMCA are excited to announce the first annual YMCA of Metro North Half Marathon, the only half marathon in Peabody. The race will start at Lt. Ross Park (Cy Tenney) and proceed north on the Independence Parkway into West Peabody, winding through local neighborhoods before ultimately finishing back at Lt. Ross Park. Join us for this Pre-Thanksgiving week test of running endurance, perfect for experienced runners or those looking to complete their first half marathon. You will also be supporting a local cause, All proceeds benefit the Torigian Family YMCA’s scholarship fund which ensures no one in the community is turned away for inability to pay. In 2015 the YMCA of Metro North provided more than one million dollars in financial aid providing all children, adults and families with opportunities to develop a healthy spirit, mind and body regardless of income.

This race will be chip timed by North Shore Timing and limited to 400 runners so sign up soon! All runners will receive a shirt and prizes will be given to top finishers as well as by age group. Stay tuned for more information regarding a detailed course route.

Start time: 9:00am

Packet pickup: Friday, November 18^th, 2016 from 2pm – 7pm at the Torigian Family YMCA 

Race Day Registration: 7:30 am – 8:45 am at Lt. Ross Park
