Spencerville Adventist Academy(SAA) 5K Cross-Country Race

• 1K:- Fun Run

 - This will be the 1^st Annual Spencerville Adventist Academy(SAA) 5K Cross-Country Style Race and Fun Run that will take place in the midst of Spring on our beautiful Campus. Spencerville Adventist Academy originally opened in 1943 down the street from our current location where our new State of the Art School facility was completed in 2011.

The course will start on the SAA Baseball field and weave around our Baseball Field towards our property fence line that separates SAA from the Cedar Ridge Community Church Property. The course will follow our fence line down to the back of the SAA property and loop back around and return back on the same path that you followed out. You will continue around the back of the school around the playground along the side of the building and arrive back at the starting point on the SAA Baseball Field. You will need to complete 3 laps on this course to finish the 5K.

There will also be a post-race festival with music, a bounce house, brunch for sale and other fun activities for all to enjoy. This is a new event for us to support our School and Adventist Education so register early and secure your spot for this fantastic event and dont forgot to pre-purchase your Brunch Ticket on line when you register for the race. Time: The 1K Fun Run will begin at 9:30 am on May 15, 2016. Rain or Shine

Time: The 5K Race will begin at 10:00 am on May 15, 2016. Rain or Shine

Place: Spencerville Adventist Academy 2502 Spencerville Rd, Spencerville, MD 20868

Registration: Participants that register after April 15th 2016 Will not be guaranteed a T-Shirt on Race Day.

Early Packet Pick-Up Date: May 13, 2016 from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM at SAA

Waivers: All waivers must be signed via online registration process.

Course: Cross Country Course that will take you around the SAA property. Will need to run 3 laps to complete the 5K.

Bib Pickup on Race Day- Will begin at 8:00 am at 2502 Spencerville Rd. Spencerville Md 20868

Parking- parking will be limited on campus but we will have additionally parking available at Burtonsville Park located behind the school off Oursler Road.

Awards- Medals will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in each category

Race Time Results- will be posted on www.spencervilleacademy.org website after the race.
