Be a hero for kids with special needs! Woodfords Family Services is committed to the support and inclusion of people with special needs and their families in Maine communities. Proceeds from the race will benefit Woodfords' Early Childhood Services program which includes three therapeutic preschools in Oakland, Topsham and Westbrook for kids with autism and developmental delays.
Woodfords' Superhero 5K is held in Brunswick, beautiful Mid Coast Maine, on a flat, USATF-certified course (ME09002RF). Held rain or shine, the event is family and dog-friendly. Registration includes a T-shirt for the first 200 entrants. Prizes for top male and female finishers in the Youth and Adult categories, as well as prizes for the best costumes.

Prizes awarded by 11 a.m.
Parking at 65 Baribeau Drive and directly across the street.
Comfort station will provide water, fruit and granola bars.
