The 15th annual Bastille Day Race takes place throughout Downtown Fenton and the surrounding neighborhoods. During this event three races are performed; 15K run, 5K run & 5K walk. All races are timed and USA Track & Field Certified. The 15K is challenging and hilly which starts in front of the Crust Bakery on Caroline Street and leaves from downtown Fenton heading south. Runners will loop south to Runyan Lake, then turns back toward Fenton, with runners battling the notorious Denton Hill in the last two miles before finishing. The 5K race winds through the beautiful old neighborhoods surrounding downtown Fenton. All courses are 100% paved streets.
