Join us for the 3rd annual Armed Forces Day 5K/2 mile Run/Walk!  This event benefits myTEAM TRIUMPH of Southeast Missouri (www.mtt-semo.org) and H.E.R.O.E.S. Care. (www.heroescare.org)

Members of the National Guard will be on hand to maintain course safety.  Enjoy the run and then celebrate with post-race refeshments, all the while helping these two organizations reach their missions. 

Event details and schedule

The 5K course is totally within Jefferson Barracks on a beautiful trail, with the 2 mile course on the walkway along the river.   Event includes 5K run, non-competitive 5K walk and 2 mile run/walk. 

Packet pick-up on race day from 8 am - 9:30 am.  Race time is 10:00 am.  

Follow signs for parking.  Parking at Gold Star Shelter will be limited. 

Timing will be pull-tag timing.   1st - 3rd place age group winners will receive dog-tag medal, with a special award for the overall male and female winner.  

The park is open, so please use caution while crossing park roads.
